Shipping Restrictions:
Applies on big, heavy, bulky, numbered count items and to the far away states on the map. Some items incur additional delivery charges. Shipment stuck in transit and taking a very long time to get here:
WE can’t do much in these cases but to be patient and contact the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking such a long time. If we receive the package back, we will contact the customer about the matter being & sending it back again to the respective address. We recommend that the buyer files a claim with the carrier right away.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when re- shipping ”return to sender packages” to the assigned address on file.
For reasons out of our control:
- Wrong address provided by customer at checkout
- No one available to receive the package

- Refusal of delivery
- Packages not picked up on time after delivery attempt
